Presentation Feedback

— The start was knocked out of the park, then lost the way a bit
— Strip some info out, hint so the listener wants to hear more
— Branding didn’t quite sit with what was talking about, didn’t state it was about plants
— Some photos need to be swapped out, get that Kiwi photo!
— Don't need to talk about dying plants in the presentation
— Add seeds in the packaging (Emma hand the seed packaging, to emphasise a certain point)
— State the starts are for NZ
— How many plants are needed to reduce/purify how many litres of carbon dioxide
— Seems like we were presenting a project not a business proposition
— Connecting app to plant centre was a good idea
— The way the app can work with proximity makes it suitable for what we are trying to accomplish
— Notification for 'Welcome home! It's been three days, don't forget to water 'Borris' today." was great
— Good presenters, good double act. Both commanding in your own way
— Good laughs (nanas wisdom)
— Overall the experience sounds awesome, presentation just needs some fine tuning

Presentation Feedback Week6

  • Great stats
  • Context info good
  • Start with idea then go into context
  • Start with a question to engage us
  • Too much info in the beginning
  • Liked personalising plant
  • How do we tell them an app will make it easier
  • What validation have we had? Show the validation quote - Convince us there are people on our side
  • Damp homes etc on a wider scale, everyone in NZ
  • Who is the target audience?
  • Movement towards healthy homes
  • Why do we need this app?
  • Only do social change if it benefits your idea if the cycle makes sense
